Terms of Service

Last updated: March 27, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using True Dental Costs ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our").

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Not medical advice

True Dental Costs is not a dental clinic, medical provider, or insurance company. The cost estimates provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical advice or a guaranteed price. Always consult with a licensed dentist for treatment decisions and accurate pricing.

Service description

We operate as a free informational resource and a matching service that may connect you with independent local dental professionals or partners. Any relationship, agreement, or treatment is solely between you and those third parties; we do not provide clinical care and are not responsible for their services, fees, or outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, True Dental Costs and its owners, affiliates, and service providers disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site, reliance on estimates, or interactions with dental clinics or other third parties you are matched with. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), except where prohibited by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
